Mick Harner

What is Joomla Stack Exchange and how does it work? What makes it the optimal place to seek support? Who can or should contribute to the knowledge base? What do first-time users need to know? How do I best interact with the Stack Exchange community? How do I confidently post questions and answers? What is off-topic or taboo/or discouraged? How do I interpret and handle negative feedback?

After a general discussion of the site's design and purpose, Mick will guide you through crafting a quality post, reviewing a past post, and will discuss anything you'd like to know about Stack Exchange.

Mick is a PHP Developer, and an active contributor on Stack Overflow. Mick has found that nothing has aided his career development as much as the Stack Exchange network. He hopes to guide more Joomla users to flock to Joomla Stack Exchange as their primary resource for high quality knowledge and support.
